The website yoursmile.bg does not itself collect personal data. We have no contact or registration forms. The only way your personal data reaches us is through the Setmore online booking system, which processes it under its own privacy policy.

3. Online bookings via Setmore

The booking page loads content from Setmore (setmore.com) via an embedded iframe. When you fill in a booking form, your data (name, phone, email) is submitted directly to Setmore. Please read their privacy policy.

4. Legal basis

Processing through Setmore is carried out on the basis of contract performance (booking a service appointment) under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
